  • SBRAAC - winter league 10/09/13

10 members fished last night over HW with a nice northerly sea running and five weighed in as follows:

    1st Michael Thompson 13lb 0.5oz. 9 codling Newbiggin Beach (inc HF 1lb 15.9oz codling)
    2nd Kev Moffatt 6lb 8.5oz. 4 codling Newbiggin Beach
3rd Iain Galbraith 2lb 0oz. 2 codling Nth end Whitley Beach
4th Phil Smithson 1lb 15.8oz. 2 codling, Nth end Whitley Beach
    5th Gary Wilson 1lb 1.5oz. 1 codling Newbiggin Beach

Well done to Thommo for finding the fish - I spent most of the match at the wrong end of the beach wrangling with weed Most were caught right from the off in daylight - fishing went right off after dark!

    Michael's winning bag>

    Cheers, Gary

I bet it would have been spot on at low water - I'll be there next time the sea's away!
