    11 Fished marks at Jarrow Park, Viking Park and Hebburn Marina. 3 down 1 up on a small tide. Mixture of codling and whiting caught. 8 Weighed in.

    1st Ray Archbold-34 points
    2nd Steve Foster-31 points
    3rd Charlie Bath-30 points
    4th Giles Evans-27 points
    5th Fred Douglas-23 points
    6th Matty Thompson-16 points
    Peter Morgan-16 points
    8th Andy Bell-12 points

    Joint biggest fish between Ray Archbold and Charlie Bath both having a 39cm cod each.

    Well dun to Ray,must ov been the lesson i gave him whilst fishen nxt 2 me in Scotland when we both blanked...!!
    Our nxt comp is at bloody Viking Park nxt Sun.REALLY lookin forward 2 it. NOT.

      Go on admit you love it.

      Crab is a must if you want codling that get measured to a smidging under 35cm. Short of stamping on it or bashing it with a rolling pin it wouldn't touch the 35 line. lol

          There is a God...!! Comp on Sun cancelled until following week,when it will be fished on Seaham beach. Home territory LOL.
          You seem to know an awful lot on how to strech ya fish Peter. Summit you want to get off ya chest bout Scotland...!!

                i was told he was fishing with a rotton bottom which made all the difference.
