      Yep, as soon as Arthur mentioned the name I remembered him...now you've got me scratching my head as to who was chairman at the time haha! Billy Gellender was the president I think & Terry the secretary, but can't remember the other execs...

        i was chairman in the 70s and Chris was vice chairman . When i retired Chris took over as chairman and the club gave me a life membership.

          • ken mole went on to fish for tynemourh club with his son jeff,sadly ken passed away on Tynemouth pier with a heart attack while fishing a sunday pier match,his son jeff is sill a keen angler and fishs pier as often as he can. davy.
