Bass popping? Luce Bay was like oxtail soup over the weekend so the bassing was a no go. Having said that got a "schoolie" on the popper about 9pm last night near lw.The mullet were all around me splashing all around me the sods that they are !
Hooked a fish on my Yozuri Aile 18g Magnet and thought I had foulhooked a mullet..No a fair hook up on a bass about 1.5 lb.
Cannot believe how sharp that gill cover is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway it swam away to tell her mates "beware of Snatcher" at Drummore
