    Up around that way tomorrow, got some time to spare eitherside of hightide and fancy a bit of fishing while I'm there. Is it worthwhile trying lures or is bait the order of the day?
    Any info appreciated.

    We tried bait at the start of April.

    No idea what happened to pic? Anyway it was a flounder! Directly in front of weird "people sculpture." Too far to the right of that and you get snagged in hidden rocks.

      same as above we were to the left of the sculpture decent flatty little coddling n a crab, just don't go to far to the left altogether we lost about 10 rigs in like an hour getting mint bite n then getting snagged n i was casting like 100yards+ n still getting snagged so try stay near the sculpture. hope this helps ya n good luck catching ya dinner (and by the way that was the 11th of this month)

        Lost rigs to right of sculpture but directly in front clean sand the whole way. We weren't casting 100 yards! My best is 70 tops!
