has anybody seen them yet or heard about them called the 525 mag xtra and the 525 super mag xtra i would like to find out exactly what they have done to them

I think the general thought is that they\'ve added blocks as well as the magnets. If the can make a reel as smooth and generally foolproof as the Abu Mag Elite, but with the whinching power of the other 525\'s they\'ll be on to a winner. Be interesting to see what the prices will be like though!

It\'s a shame that they\'ve resorted to such lowly promotional tactics as seen in their latest magazine ads. i.e. 250+ yards with a clipped down bait. They failed to mention that an additional purchase of a rather large firework and two elastic bands will be required also...

i beleive the standard 525 mag is getting better mags and upgraded bearings,the super mag is getting a bigger mag slide ie more control and even better bearings than now.this was from the lad at veals.
