even though all my requests for info from their club, reults etc have gone unanswered i will give it a blast in the papers, funny how you never hear from a club until they want something done.

Don\'t be mad Sless mate !

About 5 clubs fish Tynemouth Pier and it is hoped for a good turn out from them that may take up most, if not all, of the pegged spots. Consequently, there may be little room for others on this occasion.

However - in future it may be possible for one of the clubs to arrange a charity match there on a first come first served basis? Insurance and Port of Tyne rules may knock this on the head though.

                        Don\'t know m8

Longbenton & Seaton Burn SAC organised and held the first inter club charity match on Tynemouth Pier a couple of years back. Money raised then was for St Oswalds Hospice. Since then it seems to be getting more \'popular\' with an increasing turn out which is a good thing for inter club relations, the sport and of course the nominated charity.
