  • Photo and information sharing website ?

    http://hebrideshosting.net/gallery/main.php

After my little scrape with copyright infringement this week I had a think about what could be done to make sure noboddy else makes the same mistakes I did. I now understand that most website owners have copyrighted all the information and pictures upon their websites, and fair play to them for that.

So for anybody wanting to share their pictures of marks and related info or anything else fishing related, I have come up with a site for you. If you have pictures you wish to share then you are able to upload them to my new site. If you are a webmaster or anything else for that matter and can make use of any of the pictures in my site then please feel free to take them with the usual right click and save as option.

To use the site you simply follow this link - register and then upload your piccies. Any problems please drop me a pm or email.

Smogg If you have time it would be appreciated if you could share some of your lovely pictures with us .

    Now for the important Bit.

Recently I have had a lot of help with anything related to websites from a very kind chap called Nick from http://hebrideshosting.net/ . To date Nick has helped me learn some html and css. He has given me very very cheap hosting for my site built for a local conservation group - www.yalasa.co.uk.
With regard to this photosharing website Nick has provided his help free of charge. As you can see his hosting and domain names are as cheap as you will find anywhere. From my experience everything works extremely well. What you also get from hebrides hosting what is hard to find anywhere on the net is a personnal touch. Nick will answer any emails, allows me to phone him whenever I wish and runs atechnical help forum within within his fishing forum where you can also call in for any help..

It\'s not been deleted or moved by me - infact, having had a quick read through it yesterday - I was gonna make a post on it about the guy you mentioned, \"Nick\".

I assume by what you\'d said about him that it\'s Nick Noble (?)

Nice bloke - he was a NESA member for several years and it was his carndearg photo-uploader we used on NESA for a few years.

With Regard to Nick, yes Tony It is Nick Noble or Nick in the north as he calls himself on his forum
