Thats what i\'m after fudge, that will be great. Yes it was a weird one. A lumpsucker 7 lb 3 oz from Blyth Pier. Didn\'t count in the match but still a decent size fish.

As i keep the records lists i would just like to point out that the Northern Federation of Sea Angling Socities record fish list is for clubs who are members of the NFSAS. This list is available to anybody in the NFSAS if you have a copy and are not in the NFSAS it is only for your own reference. Hopefully when i get time this list will be put on the site.
I have also compiled a list of record fish caught along the North East Coast and there is absolutely no chance of anyone getting a copy. It took me a great deal of time and effort to collate all the information and is for my personal use for my articles, if you think you have a NE record then contact me direct, as long as you can prove you caught it and proof of weighing, club match, tackle shop etc OK. Nigel Howitt lumpsucker does up to now look like a NE record but as these fish are not generally counted in matches they are very rarely weighed.
