Worth a cast?

Hi all, new here so be gentle please

Heading up your way, Whitby, to be exact, in April, and was just wondering if its worth bringing along the tackle, and having a chuck or two. I realise it\'ll be a bit late/early in the season, so will i be wasting my time?

No you won\'t be wasting your time. Try off the pier early in the morning or down on Sandsend beach during the day at close range, unless there is a good sea running.
