    hello lads after some braid 100lb bs best make and best place to buy it tryed the web not much around the 100lb mark heard powerpro is good any ideas . cheers jamcod

    Not sure about 100 lb but I've just bought 300 yards of 40lb from dragon carp in peterlee for 2 99 havnt used it yet like

    Dab 2nd jan Horden
    codling 20th jan walkway
    whiting 15th feb heugh
    coalie 23th feb walkway
    shore rockling 5th march horden

        plenty of 88lb power pro on the net. Most pike shops have it , try harris sportsmail.

        100lb+ braid tends to be off ebay or from the states

          i was told to use 100lb for the rocks as its the same dia as 25lb nylon line because the thinner line just cuts on the rocks makes sense to me , jamcod

              Aye there was quite a bit, they had 12lb for 2 99 it was climax braid they also have Rovex but its up to 15 quid

                        66lb power pro braid for rocks wil be fine with a 50lb leader m8
                        Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.

                          i have 2 say that 100 lb is fine power pro is the best by far for a multiplier whiplash crystal for a fixed spool don't buy any power pro from china as it is a copy it is not as good as the original bearkly line it is worth paying a little bit extra for the real line my braid lasts me at least 3 seasons i revers it at the end of each season

                            I've got the 66lb power pro (.35mm same as 15lb mono) on my Saltist 20 and it is excellent stuff. An 80lb mono leader tied with a Bimini Twist / Yucatan and it pulls the plug in. No issues so far with abrasion but that is what the 80lb leader is for...

                              went shopping at dragon carp 3 spools I got 1 at 12 lb, 1 at 20lb and a 40 lb spool ,,, do you's lot think 40lb braid 0.36mm will work ok on a multi ??? or should I keep it for fixed spools !!
