    just been looking at sea forecast and going to be 15.5ft tomorrow night thats ones big sea we have had some pretty big seas for march.

    stay safe lads if anyone is venturing out.
    Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.

      Are you thinking of giving it a shot tomorrow night ?
      If its got t1ts or tyres, its gonna be trouble.

        No neil not tomorrow only the most sheltered of marks would be fishable and then you would have a huge eastly right in your face. the wind is bad now cuts right through its icy wind.

                I'm fishing the tyne sunday night havnt decided on a mark yet though
                species 2013
                Dab 2nd jan Horden
                codling 20th jan walkway
                whiting 15th feb heugh
                coalie 23th feb walkway
                shore rockling 5th march horden

                  mouth of the tyne may throw the odd one on a sea this big m8. middens prom at high water or maybe haven rocks at low water depnding how big sea is though.

                  just checked the sea forecast for sunday night going to be 11ft from 6pm the end of tynemouth pier will be safe half tide down to half tide up aslong as it keeps from the east. was cod to 9lb there few weeks back when the sea was massive and coming from the east.
