ahhh! Just what I\'m looking for. Hubby is going this Friday comes back Monday, to have a fish and a look around before I venture over there next month.
Is there any marks that are easy to get to or ar most of them across fields??

Has anyone got the tide times for the Mull of Galloway this bank holiday weekend? the nearest tide times I can find on ithe net is Maryport which is Cumbria and I don\'t think that would be much cop.

the lads are back from their fishy weekend at the Mull camped over there. dogfish, pollock, coalfish, wrasse and mackerel they caught, they said their was a lot of hiking involved when they did the lighthouse area, my heart bleeds
He did say the tide coming in is something else to see.

Its nearly upon us Will be heading over this Friday noon until a week on Sunday . On Friday also got Stan Massey and Norrie +boat heading down to Drummore from Glasgow. Depending on the weather we hope to target tope on the Luce Bay side.

Just had a report of three 200lb+ porgies getting trawled up a few miles off the tip of the Mull. Plenty of rubby dubby will be the game then. The thing is nobody targets them and there have been plenty of sightings in the area. Ian Burrett had a 40lb tope chewed up by a shark last year and my marra Chris Kristiansen tried to foulhook one off the flat rock at the end of the Mull a few years ago

Should have plenty to report back with after the week, even if its only about the bevvy sessions

\"Just had a report of three 200lb+ porgies getting trawled up a few miles off the tip of the Mull\".

So is this not a regular thing on rod and line mate. Surely they could be trawled up anywhere. What is the crack on rod and line catches

                              Jim.

Zippo as far as I know as nobody targets them. Ian Burrett did try once last year and got snapped off on 90lb mono!!!!

Shy bairns get nowt as they say \"I think we need a bigger boat\"
