    Anyone use a century g5 supa sport if you do or have had a go what are your thoughts ???

    hello, i have had myn for 3 yrs now and i fink it is a really gd rod. how ever i fink its a bit soft for the rocks but is excellent for the river and the piers

      Alright mate, i have thwe new G5 supasport and will match it against my kompressor anyday.in any circumstances.Also the new G5s are 100% better than the old ones and rocks and cliffs are no problem at all

        Had mine for about a year and would say it is a good mixed ground rod. Wouldn\'t like to be pulling big Cod out of the Kelp but don\'t think it is light enough for a clean beach either.

        Nice rod for casting though, very user friendly.

          pulled a 7lb 6oz through the kelp and rocks at whitburn cliffs about 7 weeks ago no problem
