I stopped buying the Sunday Sun when it changed to 'THE DENISE WELCH WEEKLY' !!! Every page I turned to had her on !!

Nothing to do with the Sunday Sun but Does anyone know what happened to 'howes Fishing' ? I used to enjoy listening to it when I was driving to work for my weekend shifts. It used to be on radio Newcastle at 6am Saturday and repeated on Sundays.

the powers that be at radio newcastle decided it had run its time i believe,also because of forums such as this, it was much less listened too and therefor not necessary any more

i personally thought that was a load of horlicks,but there you go

there was nowhere else you could get a snapshot of n/east angling be it sea game or coarse,also a lot of useful updates
