big tides

do the tides get any bigger than this.are big tides any good to fish.where is the best place to fish these tides.got some sea urchtins probably not spelt right.arte they any good for bait they have loads of guts in them.iam sure cod would be searching for these in the gullies.also seen loads of flouresent specks in the pools do the fish get attracted to these and if so why not use them night lights.sorry to go on a bit but iam still learning and need some good advice thats why i rejoined.does any one no were i can get some realy good bait from or do you have to collect it yourself.oh iam willing to pay for the bait . mind you iam one the dole so not to dear.
