    Some years ago Tony, when I could dig more worm than I needed for a session, I tried pickling worm although not in cans; I only had jars available. I put some in vinegar and another jar with cod liver oil, left them for 12 months and tried them out. My advice to you is don\'t do it. The ones in vinegar smelt terrible and the ones in oil were dead squidgy, NOT good !!!
    Possibly they would have fared better in cans ??
    If all about you are catching fish, cast in their swim !!!
