I have done some digging today and there is a local bylaw that makes it an offence to trespass in sunderland docks! cannot find any for blyth though.
Would this apply to Roker pier Insanojackson, as its not part of the docks complex?

Insanojackson, got to say its great to have some really good info regarding this issue from yourself.

I\'ve fished both the Sunderland piers for a lot of years now, and its a travesty the way the port authority has been treating bonafide anglers.

If you hear anymore info regarding the situation at Sunderland, please don\'t hesitate to post.

P.S. have you got a shorter name we can address these posts to lol

I apologise, twice. You make a joke about it, the thread continues, Alan decides to pass comment, fair enough and you decide to wade in again. Cheers.

I don\'t usually pass comment on your post\'s Ian, you have deleted the offensive bits now mate so don\'t become the wounded soldier.

You know what you posted (AND THEN DELETED) in the second apology so don\'t go there mate.

                      Jim.
