Tyne improving

Fished the basin and caught a couple of canny whiting and a good flattie but still lots of small stuff knocking around, better fish are starting to show with a 4ib cod getting caught last week and two three pounders, one as far up as Dunston. the crab are peeling in the Tyne now and bigger fish are coming in for them, there have also been a good few fish around the one to two pound mark, things are looking up!---- Eddie
