I wonder if anyone out there in our big angling community could actually answer this question.

Lots of people use the terminolgy -

it`s not ROCKET SCIENCE

what is rocket science, does it involve rockets at all
does it involve the design, construction and finally blast off procedures

or does the terminology just mean, I CANT REALLY EXPLAIN, BUT I WILL PRETEND TO, AND I WILL SAY WELL ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE -
