Great to share marks and info ,but just a word to the wise for the less experienced among us , take care when moving at all ,feel with ya feet and travel light if you can.Always best to fish a new spot with someone who knows the craic...normally found on here .
Cheers lads
On the topic of safety. If your fishing from Hartley Island, you can wade on depending on tides and conditions and fish the ebb for longer than you can on the flood. In other words if your on the island for 2 hours before low water, don\'t expect to get 2 hours of the flood on the island......
hi lads, im new 2 this site but here it goes-
brocken leg can b fished on a big northerly but it pays u 2 chuck from the back of hartley skeer rather than walking around under the cliffs. i have lost a few good fish here & have had a few.
the bocken leg has even fished when it has been flat calm, 1 m8 of mine had 2_ 7lber\'s out of there the same night when it was flat. another m8t of mine had 1- 12.5 lb on a big N/WLY. i had 1- 8lb-1oz in the summer gone. its a cracking mark when u hit it right.
