    Has anybody fished over these area,s this month going over on friday night will fish probably rascarall sat . fished there fortnight ago whities & dabs all day. heard on grapvine of 22lb &17lb at balcary last week

          Keegy fish over your way alot have static caravan at brighouse bay ,its been very slow last couple of years , summer ok winter very little, doggies & small codling

            sure has been slow over the last 2 years, you should have a go for the tope and smoothounds when you are at brighouse, i have had tope up to 32lb from the shore and smoothies up to 9lb.

              HAVE HAD SMOOTHIES FROM RAVENSHALL FROM SHORE IN MAY & JUNE,UP TO 6LB HAD WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A TOPE BUT LOST ON RETRIEVE

                had 12 tope from ravenshall in 1 session, between 7lb and 29lb, there is a mark nearby, if you hit it right you are in for some good sport as you are fishing into the channel.

                      will have to meet up next summer and give it a go
                      I was up at weekend but just small whities all under size
                      was digging with local kirkcudbright lads on sat they were saying that last week somebody caught some mackerall in local winter league shows how warm water must still be, that could be why the cods gone missing
