  • Advice request

Gonna go out tomorrow (sun 27) afternoon and fish the last of the flood. Haven't been out for a few weeks so not sure how the marks I know are fishing.

Any advice for a decent shot in the condiitons south of the Tyne would be much appreciated.

Got a couple of packs of fresh blow lug ordered and plenty crab and runnydown in the freezer.

Was thinking Walkway but the tide might be a bit big ? Also I guess the river could be full of snow water.

Could SSP be a good option ?

Thanks for any help you can give lads.

Frenchies, black path, camels island, I would fish these if your after size and not quantity.

Ended up on SSP 42 mark. Very poor, gale force wind and no bites for me - nothing I could see in the wind anyway. My mate got a little tommy that hung itself on a massive bait of fresh blacks. No-one catching except a few little whities on the end. Most packed up round us. Many thanks anyway for the advice.
