  • where to use cart?

    ive tried using cart at horden beach on 3 occasions, caught nowt. heard its a brill bate though. now ive been told its only good in rough ground is this true?

    Only 3, I think you need to persevere, there's times I've gone weeks without a fish!

        well i stil got a slab of it so im gonna keep trying it, probably just no fish those days as i was using yellow tails too. im gonna try it in the rocks though.

            Just kee trying mate you will catch its a great bait on its day and you can youse it anywhere not just in the rough stuff

                I know a few lads that have used them on the beaches and had plenty of fish then swap to peeler for it to be untouched then back to cart and be catching again so like I've said it can be used anywhere

                  ever bait has its day i use kart all over clean beaches, piers, rough ground, keep at it sure you will pull something out
                  Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.

                    Works best in my opinion over the heavier ground in amongst the kelp but still picks up fish over the cleaner ground when seas come away. Your best off making your own over the summer period and freezing, its alot more productive rather than buying the slabs of crap on offer over the net.
