                  Ss v's cm

You will not be disappointed with either rod!
I have the CME, and compared it with my brothers, SS, and WR300.
It will come down to your personal style, and where you are going to fish ?
I preferred the CME, as it has softer tip, which I find better for bite detection.
Both are superb casters, but again i find the CME more forgiving.
If you are going to fish mainly really rough ground, the SS will out power the CME. A whole heap of guys on here love the SS, ( Not Waffen ! lol !)and sing its praises for rough ground.
i use the CME as my second rod, as it is at home on both beaches and rock, but there are rods more suited to the extremities of both worlds.
good luck in your choice, both are well usable irons !
