    Am after some new line to fill me reel using 30lb diawa monofil atm but a think the diameter is to thick and doesnt sit nicely wen you reel in just wondering wat you lads use cheers

    normaly use daiwa sensor in the rough in 35lb yes its a bit think for casting but a like it as it gives me convidence when in the kelp but just bought some berkley sal****er the red stuff n it seems a bit thinner so gonna give it ago just not sure about the abracence if its any thing like the berkley big game that i use for carp fishing it gona be good

      For heavy ground I like seastrike and black ice in 35lb both have a large diameter with the black ice being slightly thinner.
      I prefer using thicker line as I think it helps with abrasion.
      I don't like daiwa sensor very springy and snaps to easy

        If low diameter to breaking strain with good abrasion resistance is what your after go for Ultima power plus.

            Used to use power plus all the time in 15 and 18lb, good line with ld, I found it scuffed easily though and switched to f1, same ld but I find it a bit more hard wearing.
