Yes a flounder, see the line of bony lumps along the lateral line. Dabs don't have those.

Toonboymc I have put that down as a shore rockling as it does not have the dark spots that a three bearded rockling has. Of course I am no expert so if someone can positively identify it as a 3B I will change it?
