    \'scuse my ignorance here, just wondering what the reasons are behind the rule??

              but surely if its commercial and you buy it \'commercially\'....just seems a bit daft to me, as all crab has a comemrcial value these days. the lads I know up the west coast make as much money frome velvets and shore crabs as they do edibles. Even dafter when the rules vary from region to region, but thats DEFRA for you
