Ammo blast baits are an excellent frozen bait, especially the sandeels, and an often under utilised bait in the north east. Malcolm Gilbert is a totally committed angler and does an awful lot for angling way beyond the call. So you know that what you get is of the highest standard, but not only that, the guy who produces it is also working to produce the best for anglers in the UK.

I agree with what\'s been said about Ammo baits generally, and about Malcolm Gilbert in particular, but must say I was a bit disappointed with the last lot of frozen Ammo crab I bought.
Don\'t normally use it, but the fresh I\'d ordered hadn\'t materialised so I bought a couple of packs, and wasn\'t impressed.
They were velvets, and not peelers but softies. Very watery and the scent must have been washed out in minutes. Didn\'t get a bite on them.
