    Hello all
Been reading site for a while now, excellent.
I need a bit of help,I\'ve been away visiting relatives in oz,& have been away a while, but before i went i put an old conoflex rod into Temples at whitley Bay to be stripped & completely overhauled, before i came away i told them i would be away a while & they said no problem.
I\'ve just heard from my mate that temples has closed,they\'ve probably tried to contact me but i dont answer my phone cos it costs a mint,I\'d really appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on a contact number of someone from temples & to settle my curiosity as to why they shut,I\'ve going there since i was a kid.

any info would be greatly appreciated
    Many thanks

Hi Len welcome to NESA mate hope you enjoy.
I put a rod into Temples for repair the day before they closed and would also like to speak to them but am not holding out too much hope now. As for them trying to contact you I wouldn\'t put much on that bet mate.

Hello liquidlen and congrats on being our 600th member......no prize for that I\'m afraid - and I\'ve given up baking cakes....lol.

\"liquid\" len......appropriate name when your opening post is about a business going into liquidation......

Don\'t know how long your \"for a while now\" covers, but in late july this topic was started........you may find it interesting:

From what i gather nothing but bad crack from the Temples. From what i gather they where supposed to give the recievers a list of al the gear belonging to customers, they did not bother, apparently it all went to be auctioned to pay off the creditors. Not a nice welcome to the board liquidlen. Hope it gets beter for you. All i can say is they are a pack of XXXXXXX. Can gaurantee the new management will act in a proper manner.
