do you mean plain leads or grippers ?liquid metal might work but im not sure how it would handle the heat ,aluminium solder might also work if you can find someone who does it
what about that stuff they use to repair radiators or is that liquid metal ?

I think I\'ve got some 2 part Metal Set in the shed, I\'ll have a look tonight, I\'m over that way on friday teatime so I could drop it in for you. Silicone will block holes up and withstand the temp but obviously you can\'t re-drill. What about a more mechanical fix, i.e. file a slot in the mould and screw a block of aluminium in.Cheers, Keith.

Get someone to aluminium TIG weld the holes up and then grind the mating surfaces down flush and re-drill; that\'ll be a permanent fix
