    Big thanks to 'fishfingers'!

    Hi all, just like to say a massive thank you to Fishfingers, who rebuilt an old rod that my Grandad bought me, back in 1992 (second hand from the Chronicle!). It was put together by Temples of Whitley bay, and Fishfingers believes it to have been an old Conflex/North Western maybe.

    What can I say about Fishfingers! What a great guy; great craic, a total professional and one of the most interesting and engaging people I've met in years! His work is better than anything I've bought from Century/Conoflex or any other rod maker for that matter. A total star. Please see his outstanding work in the pics attached. Just wish I'd taken 'before pics'.

    Many thanks again Fishfingers, and also thanks to those who put me on to him.
