Thats great news mate, with that attitude you can only be successful,The problem Jim has had with ordering bait has also happened to me in the past but unlike Jim I live in Blyth and have plenty of options for bait,I really hope other shops are reading this and take note,I remember Jim a few weeks ago travelling from Consett to North of the Tyne on the Friday to pick his bait up,which was\'nt available, then travelling to Beadnell via Blyth on the Saturday for a fishing session with the lads,I think loyalty works both ways

just to flip the coin over and all that

local stores are all very well (maybe not mine lol)

but at the end of the day a saving of 20-30 quid on a rod by buying on the net isnt going to be snubbed loyalty or not

i agree with many things said but if shop owners brought there prices into line instead of adding a high markup they would get a lot more of our business
        cheers Bri

hope it works oot ...your just up the road from me and it saves me a fortune in petrol lol...
I know how hard it is for a new fishing shop to start up!!! I know of people and good people at that who have tried and failed ... and part of that is down to certain (two in particular )tackle shops putting a block on other business\'s getting contracts on top notch gear the likes of penn and abu now I think thats an absolute load of b*****ks as it forces us to buy from them !!! forcing new business\'s out of the market ...I realy hope it works out for you garry as I think the more tackle shops there are can only be a good thing for the fisherman as it creates competition which results in lower prices good luck mate
