Target rock is number 4 on that link, just wondering, theres a big rock just to the south of it. It looks a more comfortable mark and is only about 100 yards south of it, so im wondering has anyone fished here before and is it worth a shot. And what sort of conditions does it fish best in?

I have fished all along there from Target to the other rock and the bay between using spinners and lures in the summer. You can get infront of the other rock when the tide is out but don't go around into the next bay as the incoming tide will cut you off and there's no way out. I found it to be very snaggy in front of the second rock and losts loads of gear.

Target is a canny mark you can climb through the gap in the middle and there is a flat rock that you can fish from over low water (it is submerged at high). There is another rock immediately to the right of Target rock that is ok to stand on too but again is covered over at HW. Some snaggs around there but overall it's ok and not as snaggy as the other big rock.

The left (looking out to sea) hand part of target has a large, flat comfortable grass ledge to fish off. However the best fishing is from the right hand side casting into the bay on the right, when there is a decent sea running
