casting

Hi guys i,am after some help with my casting does anybody know any local instructors
who i could get some lessons off as i would like to fish some beachs but struggle to
get over waves and my rigs just keep getting washed straight back in to me, i live in
sunderland but can travel locally any suggestions/names or anything would be great
