    I bought one in Ilfracombe, Devon a few years ago.
    Not sure if they still stock them but i thought i would mention it just incase.

        got a drop net off e-bay for £7 plus postage

              Thing is, would it wotk if you were using a pulley rig. would it get past the wight??

                  are we talking about the drop net here or the pier gaff,from what ive seen the gaff has a large ring at the top but saying that it might snag,the drop net is a much better and cheaper idea ,drop it and guide the fish into it ,job done no ripping your hands to bits

                    Aye steve.
                    Its just a big treble, on a length of corlene,with a 2 0z drilled weight above it, i used it to get that polock up in the mull.
                    Ill email TC a pic, ok.
