Just wondering if anyone has used one of these rods ? They look nice in the shop but wondered what there like fishing with ???

I had a hold of one in id and the little lad that works there had hold of the tip end and told me to pull the butt as hard as i could it bent right over without any problem at all. He reckons theyre indestructable but they are in excess of £300PB SHORE COD 9LB 14oz seaton sluice 3/11/12
