CVFM "Gone Fishing" Radio Programme broadcasts each Saturday from 8 am to 10 am. with live reports from England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales on all angling disciplines. You can tune in live on CVFM Radio 104.5fm "Listen Live". The programme is also put onto Mix Cloud from the following Monday, where it can be heard at any time. This week's special guests are Chris Santella who is an American angling journalist from Oregon, who will be talking about Steelhead Salmon and Cut Throat Trout, etc. My second guest is Sven Hille from Northern Germany, who will be talking about fishing in the Baltic, where it is possible to catch freshwater and sal****er fish in the same place because of the low salinity of the water.
With the Winter Open Shore Competitions beginning in earnest, any clubs who would like publicity on the programme, please get in touch with me on 0191-5184561 or email samharris01@aol.com. A member of the club is welcome to come onto the programme and give all the details of the competition or I can read it out on the club's behalf if preferred. Anyone who would like to give a report live on the radio can do this on the telephone and it is not necessary for them to come into the studio.
