  • Rock fishing snood length

Just out of interest what length of snood do most of you use on your rock rigs and what distance between the swivel and the lead?

    Cheers

Use mainly pullies for the rough stuff, Mike.
Rougher the ground = shorter the hook snood.
    Shortest I use is 12\"

Swivel to sinker = arms width. Hook snood 18 inches to 2 feet.

I use the pulley rigs around 18inch snoods. Or normal snoods 3 foot with around a foot below the sinker

Cheers lads - it looks like a 3ft pulley is the winner.
