fresh yellows fish best in a big sea as it lifts everything out the sand then as the sea dies all the food starts to decay thats when your runny down and gutted worm starts to fish as thats what the fish are feeding on well thats what i think

one got down to hendon prom one day a loverly big sea on and tide was pretty far out ,i noticed a lot of folk on the beach in the second bay ,after examining closer they had garden sivs , the loacal wer collecting washed up coal in the water ,but amongst them wer washed out worm skins black as the coal, lads wer coming off with bags full ,so i quickly found a carrier bag and filled one anarl ,later that night i fished pensioners and had fish every cast pile of fish ranging from 3-8lb what a night i still remember it to this day and washed out worm too so they still hold some cent
