odd one out

i am the odd one out in our house , wife comes places or wins in comps ,third last week with a 1 .89 lb maccy . son just started fishing about 3 month back won the jr comp with a 2 . 54 cod and an eel which brought the wieght to 3.09 lb second was a 2.09 cod and an eel . i just cant get anywhere .

the worst thing is i am getting more of the family into fishing , it now stands at me the wife, youngest daughter, third from youngest son , and the 2 youngest want to fish and they are 4 and 5 years old . take them down the river on nice days .

i tell them what to do they ignor it , do something else and catch fish , thats after i have carried most of the gear for them . apart from saturday when my son actually did what he was told and caught his cod . hes been fishing about 3 month and caught better codthan i have in 2 years .
