often i read on the site about various shops and dealers not coming upto scratch when offering their services so here is a bit of a different story....
a couple of weeks ago i damaged the rings on my rod, well the wind did when it blew it over while resting on my car, after a fishing session
after looking around on the net to find some suitable rings i came across
i ordered my requirements and awaited them to be delivered.. a day later i came in from work and the wife said there was a phone call for me...
it was Nathan from RRT.. there was a problem with my order.. they were a ring short... they offered me either another full set of a different type or they would just post the missing ring at a later date...
after a discussion with nathan , a cracking bloke, i opted for a different set... and all was sorted....
but after hanging up.. i then later i changed my mind !!!! i wanted to keep my tip looking original...
i e-mailed them to tell them of this... soon i received a reply telling me that was not a problem.. and thanking me for my patience and understanding..
they even let me know when they were dispatched and when i could expect the shortage of my order being fulfilled...
today the rings arrived by recorded delivery with a note once again thanking me for the custom... and informing the other ring would be sent later this week...
i was well impressed by the communication and service from this company and thought that i would give them a bit of a well deserved write up ....
