I know staff he's a good lad an he lives an breathes that lifeboat. Must admit it wasn't the greatest advert for em hope they turn it round next week. The gaffer seems a bit of a tit tho

To be honest I think the gaffer ( Elliot) is being rather tolerant just seems he want the boat to run as it should.

Yes your right there I think because he is the be all and end all in his business world he has to look and be the same with the lads and boat I'm not saying its right or wrong but if the boat runs aswell as his business they'll not steer far wrong

Understatement is putting it lightly, just ask my mate!!!. i can't stand watching wanna be knobs on TV.
The other lads are trying their best but they need to get better.

Always a problem when you do this sort of show.
Plus the edit can make anyone appear to be anything the person doing the editing wants.
I know i have done it just to take the **** out of a mate and me for a boopers tape i put together
