Most baits work up there crab could be a winner in august --there still could be some nice Pollock around and mackerel if fishing into dark watch out for the sea birds coming back to roost they can take your rod over if they catch the line try a flowing trace on a float close to the cliff edge AND WATCH OUT IF IT HAS RAINED THE ROCKS BECOME VERY SLIPPY when wet take care if you haven't been up there follow the path from the castle grounds until you come to the opening the high cliff will be to the left overlooking the bay you can make your way down to the corner to find where you feel happy to fish they is a couple of places you can drop down closer to the sea but be careful im sure there will be others around
