    Fished lobster pots in whitley match lost 2 fish and 2 sets of gear, set off for Sh*t hill, three quarters of the way stood on rock that moved that threw me into a large boulder, out for the count 5-10 mins, large wound on forehead, and headlamp smashed a large hole in nose!
    result? Rakelane then RVI for plastic surgery and 25 stitches,

    moral of the story....... never fish on own!

    back home today, looking like 10 rounds with mike tyson

          bloody hell davey that looks bad, could have been worse though at least you came round hope you get better soon.

          just shows lads even with a wealth of experience that anything can happen at any time when fishing alone stay safe.

            Davy looks like you went 15 rounds mate, Fishing on your own is never a good idea but sometimes its that or stop in, Lets hope you get well soon mate - Take care.

                looks painfull Dave,non of us are getting any younger if your old enough to remember the Gairloch and Cod at Balcary (like myself) then its time for a fishing partner,get well soon mate ...

                              i have a number of fishing partners but they all have there own favourite marks.would have had company but the sea league was on and they all went to the middins and haven rocks,cheers mate. davy.
