    anyone fishing the flood this afternoon? lovely big sea away im off to a top secret mark to pull a few biggins out

        Had a look at dinnertime. Seems to be a lot of weed, but it might strand at high water.

            hopefully it will last, we have had more decent seas in the last few weeks than we did all of last winter. long may it continue

                  Just back.

                  Gave it over high tide from an hour before.

                  Got away with it until nearly three quarters of an hour of ebb then the sea turned to weed soup. Had to pack in just as it was getting dark.

                  Interesting sky after the thunder and lightning went off to sea.

                    well just got back from my secret mark
                    was a lovely sea on but seemed to flatten off after abot 4.30, only one fish landed to save a blank nice plump flounder , while later nearly had my rod pulled out of the rest had a really good heavy fish on got within 20yds and snagged up on big boulders absolutely gutted had to snap out of it.
                    anyway heres a few pics just for those of you that were cabbined up indoors
