    Bit of advice please

The cold weather and good fishing seas have finally come round again it's been a long wait , going to start my fishing season this weekend.

Normaly I fish Roker , Sheilds and the Tyne all from a pier or walkway this year I want to try of the beaches and rock marks , I was thinking about going to Blyth this Saturday night for a session but never fished up there before can any body tell me where abouts the fishing marks are around Blyth or Druridge any help much appreciated . Sorry just realised I have posted this in the wrong section and. Can't remove it

Blyth changes a lot so you need to look for gaps in the breakers where the deeper water is or where you can find some of the deeper holes. Try starting in the middle car park with the toilets and wander through the dunes to the beach. It fishes best at night when there is some swell but not too much as it’s an exposed beach. If it is too rough for the middle, you can sometimes find calmer water to the north end, or go to Whitley beach. It will fish best in darkness when the tide is out although can sometimes fish at high water as well.

you will be better fishing piers and rivers when the sea is flat and then the beaches after or during rough sea for best results mate

          from sluice 2 blyth-
car park across from astley pub, through dunes & 100yrds 2 the right, high or low.
middle bogs, through dunes left or right of pipe on2 the sandbar.
behind farm (ranch) follow tide down on2 sandbar, high or low.
          groynes, high or low.
banstand carpark, low- high 4 flounders.
stubbly's, inline with the big house, high or low.
pipe & hole in the wall, pier carpark left or right of the pipe, low.
all marks r better with sea on around low water & in dark as beach is very shallow apart from some deep holes that get scoured out, as above look 4 these as dark patches & calm parts in the swells, lug,lug & more lug.
