  • Cleaning a floatation suit??

Whats the best way to wash/clean a floaty suit without it losing all its waterproofing?
    Thanks in advance

Put it on a washing line and blast it with a hose pipe.
Then rub it with a sponge or a cloth but don't use any detergent as this will take off the water proof coating.

Unless its really manky just hang it on the washing line and give it a good spray with fabreeze it gets shot of the stink but keeps its waterproofing , I've also done the hose down thing on a washing line and it cleans them well but if it's orange like mine ya won't get black stains out without detergent , which will nack it's waterproofing , just rinse and dry or spray with fabreeze and dry and keep the distressed look but waterproof :-)

It is who I am !
Fishing is not simply my escape.
It is where I am supposed to be.
It is not a place that I go
But a lifelong journey that I am taking
It is a passage that was shown to me and that I will continue to show others.
When you understand all of this you will then know me .

Mine stank so rather than bin it, I put it in the washing machine and re-proofed it with some stuff from mountain warehouse.
It's ok but not as waterproof as it was.
        Stay safe!
        Enjoy your fishing!
