53rd Annual Festival 2012

Fishing from 11.30am to 3.30pm
Competition HQ - Bankhouse Club, Newbiggin
Boundaries: Seahouses Breakwater to Tynemouth Pier - all piers, estuaries and rivers excluded except Blyth West Pier (wooden pier).
Entry: Seniors £13 incl Heaviest Fish & Free raffle entry, Juniors (under 16) free entry but must fish accompanied by an adult.
Optional 2 person team event - £2 per team (i.e.. £1 per angler).
First Prize - £400.00
Second Prize - £200.00
Heaviest Single Fish - £200.00
Junior Prize - Tackle Voucher from Lewis Tackle Whitley Bay.
Plus approx £2500 worth of supporting prizes.
100% payout to winning team.
Every ticket purchased may be presented after the contest at the Bankhouse club, whether weighing in or not, for free entry into the raffle to raise money for the Evening Chronicle Sunshine Fund for under privileged Children. Additional tickets for the raffle will be available at £1 each.
Raffle prizes are as follows: 1st - £100.00, 2nd - Daiwa SL30SH, 3rd - Chest Waders.
Registration: On the day at the Bankhouse Club, 7 Front St. Newbiggin, from 9.30am-11am. Tickets will be available from local tackle shops 1 week prior to the event up until Saturday 20th October.
Weigh-In: from 4pm-5pm at the Bankhouse club. Weigh in closes promptly 1hour 30 mins after the end of fishing time.
Presentation from approx 5.30pm.

What a bummer! It's on the same day as the derby so I won't be able to fish.

There's also a Greys Rod as special prize for 20th place.
