Fished Snab point to start off with fishing the tide down had nothing but snags! So moved over to creswell cars fishing the south gut for the flood. Managed to pull out two nice cod for a bag weight of 3lb 11oz. Came in 17th overall, there was some very nice fish caught think heaviest was 7lb.. Over all a very good day. Spotted one of the lads wearing a NESA hoody spoke to him in weigh room but did not realise he had the hoody on lol..

Dineswene again I believe mate - I was further down by the doctors house and never had a bite all day, lost a load of gear & had one reel trashed by a duck losing me half a spool of line. Then when packing up after taking my reel etc off, the tripod blew over & the rod went rolling down the rocks...not a good day

aye none of the well known anglers graced the top ten except paul westmorland and he only had 2 for four pound odd. was very hard going today didnt have so much as a crab bite which is unusual its very rare to not even get a nibble at all
If they aint there you cant catch em

he had previously lost a fish about 10lb at his feet, so I have been reliably told
